It can be used in either a horizontal or vertical position, depending on the group of exercises.

It also connects via Wi-Fi and Bluetooth to the Tablet that accompanies the device to monitor the trainee's progress. Sintesi analyzes and interprets the exerciser's movements. The data from the Tablet guides the definition of a more personalized and effective training program.
