Each machine remains spotless and is finished with a Danish varnish to give the wood a deep shine and warmth. The Club is handcrafted from solid linden wood with a double rail and a special seat to offer an unbeatable full body workout.

WaterRower was started in 1988 by American rower John Duke and became the first to use water resistance, in an ideal combination of quality and design.

The WaterRower exercises all major muscle groups evenly, making it the most effective aerobic exercise. Due to the physical simulation of rowing in water, the unpleasant mechanical fatigue associated with traditional rowing machines is limited. WaterFlyWheel

The unique WaterFlyWheel is designed to replicate the exact natural forces of a moving vessel. The uniform mass of water provides authentic resistance, distributing the load equally throughout the body. Because water is 800 times denser than air, the resistance of the WaterRower is determined by you and varies according to the "Law of Cubes". Doubling the speed requires an eightfold increase in energy and effort. The resistance is therefore infinite and infinitely variable.

 

Sturdy construction

The excellent rubber "feet" offer protection for your floor and ensure that your WaterRower will not slip during exercise. The frame is made of high quality wood to withstand even the most demanding training sessions.

 

Comfort

The footrest provides extra flexibility when in your ideal rowing position. The ergonomic footrests come with retention straps, which are adjustable around the foot for maximum comfort.

 

Seat roll

 

During exercise, the seat rolls silently on the rails according to your intensity. Eight bearings made of abrasion-resistant polyurethane ensure smooth rolling. In addition, the seat has an ergonomic cushion for maximum comfort.

 

S4 screen

The elegant S4 screen displays all important exercise data at any time, such as speed, time, energy, calories, repetitions per minute, or distance traveled. It can also connect to your personal computer and in conjunction with the free We-Row software, bring you into contact and competition with other WaterRower owners around the world.

 

We-Row

The software is available for free for Mac OS, Windows and Linux. The only requirements for its operation are an active internet connection and a WaterRower with an S4 Display to have a USB port.

 

Water tank

The WaterRower's resistance is generated within its unique water tank. No external adjustment is required, everything depends on the movement and strength of the user.

 

Ergonomics

Like any WaterRower, the A1 can easily stand vertically to the ground, so you can save space after your workout.
