The difference between the Dynair Ball Cushion Level IV and Level III is the hardness of the material. The Dynair Ball Cushion Level IV has a lower degree of hardness. This results in greater instability of the equipment during exercises and makes training even more effective.

What is it useful for;

With a diameter of 50 cm, it challenges each user to high performance and improves coordination, balance and endurance. Steady balancing movements activate the deep muscles. How do they work;

The original Dynair Ball XXL Level III pads in blue are much more dynamic than the original Dynair pads with a smaller diameter due to the increased volume. They also offer soft and gentle support during lying exercises.
