This is a 1.2 to 3.7 meter telescopic boom with 2.54cm pitch movable arms. The highest arm remains at an angle to be measured and then returns to its original position. The base is equipped with wheels to provide stability and ease of transport. The reset pole is included in the package. Partial assembly required before first use.
