ATTENTION:
After a few days of using this product (like most pre-workouts anyway) you may notice a characteristic "rocking" of it. This in no way means tampering with the product. Instead it is a natural process, which occurs due to the existence of many "hygroscopic" components (such as Arginine and Beta Alanine), which means that these components attract water and hold its molecules. Thus, when the package is opened and the product comes into contact with the humidity of the environment, the "condensation" of the powder is caused.
It is completely normal and all the consumer needs to do is to crush the larger pieces with a spoon to facilitate its dissolution without spoiling the product.
The product is recommended to be consumed within 2-4 weeks of opening the package. The longer the package is left open, the more the powder will clump.

Dosage:

8.5 g = ¼ scoop. 17 g = ½ scoop. Mix the recommended dose in water.

Up to 75 kg of body weight and for sensitive athletes 1 dose of 8.5 g in 150 ml of water. Over 75 kg of body weight or for high capacity training, 1 dose of 17 g in 300 ml of water. Consume 30 minutes before training. (60 doses)
