The console:

The console of the Spinning Bike Pegasus® “Aero”, with its integrated LCD screen, keeps you informed at all times of all the important data of your training.

Indicators such as time, distance and calorie consumption help you measure your performance and bring you closer to achieving your goals.

Solid disc

With a robust construction and a diameter of 46 cm, the disc of the "Aero" weighs 13 kg and has high-quality bearings.

Resistance

Convenient way to adjust the resistance with a spinner, so you can adjust the intensity of your workout at any time or stop it immediately if needed.

Racing pedals

The bike is equipped with race-style SPD pedals with straps and toe clips, so you can get the feel of a racing bike in the comfort of your own space.

Adjustable saddle

With a few simple movements, the saddle can be adjusted in height in 10 positions and in length in 5 positions. So whatever your height, "Aero" will make training more comfortable.

Adjustable steering wheel

With a double easy-to-use mechanism, you can bring the steering wheel to the ideal position for your body type, adjusting it in height in 9 positions as well as in length.

4 Pedal Zones – Exercise Right

Zone 1
This is the zone between the 12 and 5 o'clock positions of the clock. Ideally turn your ankle 20o down in this zone.

Zone 2
This is the transition zone. Brace your shin to point your toes 20o up (as if you're sweeping dirt off your heel) but keep your foot steady on the pedal.

Zone 3
The leg is lifted by the momentum of the pedal and without much weight on the muscles, so you don't lose strength.

Zone 4
Return to the downtrend of the 1st zone at 12 o'clock. Don't wait for the 3 position of the clock (as many do) because you will lose momentum and power.
