Pegasus® presents the new Multi Functional Crossfit cage (MFC), a very strong construction with a 75x75x3mm frame and a wide safe base that offers versatile possibilities (Functional, Crossfit) of dynamic exercises in combination with the integrated Smith machine.

Smith system
Safe Training
MFC's Adjustable Smith Machine is smooth rolling and easy to use. It has built-in bearings, which roll along the guide rod.
With a smith machine you can lift heavy loads more efficiently because this system always supports you, which helps you focus on lifting the weight instead of handling the bar.

Perform basic chest and biceps exercises, or traditional open- and closed-grip pull-ups for back training.
The system is optionally compatible with products such as Gym Rubbers or TRX-type Straps for even more options, while at its ends it has balls to strengthen the handles and wrists.

The five-bar system for throws is set at an angle close to 45 degrees and acts like a heavy-duty ladder, requiring more muscle activation and explosiveness from the exerciser as they move up.
This system can also be used in conjunction with the fitness rings, which are included in the MFC.

The hoops are made of durable material and include professional grade straps. They are 1.25″ in diameter and can be used for body weight training. Perform exercises such as pull-ups, dips and generally any hoop exercise.

By inserting the bar into the slot, the shaft is ideal for rotational training. It adds the unique possibility of high intensity upper body exercises and is one of the best ways to train to transfer strength from the core to the extremities.

Spotter Arms
Support arms offer reliable protection for the practitioner as well as for the machine.
They are 52cm long and can easily be adjusted to multiple positions to perfectly suit any user height, as well as any multi-demanding workout. They offer maximum load resistance of up to 250 kg.

Ideal for attachments
The MFC has two strong independent handles that are very useful for performing single bar exercises and also as fixed points for training with TRX suspension straps.
Safety hooks

J-Cups hooks are made of steel, laser cut and precision bent.
They are coated on their surface and back with hard plastic to prevent abrasions on the bar and frame and have a maximum load capacity of up to 250 kg.

Bar drop protection
Renewed safety design with strong straps, which makes their adjustment even easier and makes their compatibility with the rest of the machine absolute.
Their advantage over conventional security systems is that their two ends can be easily placed at different heights. This allows you to place the straps at an angle.
