Ice Gels C30 are energy gels that you freeze and consume as a frozen fuel source. Each Ice Gel C30 helps cool the body's core temperature while providing 30 grams of fast-absorbing energy.

Each gel contains 200 mg of sodium to help with hydration and a mildly refreshing citrus flavor.

Freeze the jelly upright and not lying down. Cut off the top of the wrapper before use. Press from the bottom up and consume like an ice pop granita.
