Aisle Console
The console includes three 3.75″ and 5.5″ blue backlit LCD fields. This double screen, combined with the multitude of adjustment buttons, allows you to monitor basic exercise data even when using the book/tablet stand and of course to change the intensity of your exercise on the go.

Through the three LCD fields, you get access to 26 Nautilus Performance training programs such as Manual, Quick Goal, Weight Control, Heart Health, Interval, Heart Rate and Weight Management, meaning there is a suitable program for every user.
