We present you a new product with a modern and friendly design for a multi-functional workout. It provides the possibility of wall mounting at two different heights so that it serves the exercises of the Single Barbell and the Double Barbell respectively. In order to expand its capabilities, the set also has a hook for attaching a punching bag. It has high-quality upholstery and rubber handles that ensure the necessary comfort and safety during training.

On the MH-U205 you can perform exercises in the Single Barbell with a narrow or wide grip, and in the Double Barbell, leaning on the elbows. It provides a variety of exercises including: Push-Ups, Leg Raises, Triceps Presses, Open and Closed Back Pulls, and Chest Presses.

Placing on a Wall or Pole 

You decide which position is most convenient for you. Depending on the space you have available, you can connect the Bizo/Monozo directly to the wall or to a multizoba. The big advantage of this solution is the expansion of the exercise area, saving space in the room at the same time! The MH-U205 comes with three sets of mounting hooks. The third set of hooks can be used to connect it to the bus bar.

Adjustable Handle

The handle on the arms can be adapted to your needs thanks to the appropriate adjustment of the support base. You can place them at two distances from the wall at 43 cm and 47 cm. The handles have a rubber coating to prevent slipping.

Ergometric Arms

Exercise equipment should not only be functional, but also comfortable to use. A new, thicker rebound foam with high stiffness was used in the construction of the double/single-sided upholstery, which provides comfortable and secure support to your elbows.

Removable Monobar Bar

The MH-U205 can be placed at two different heights depending on the exercise you want to do. In the upper position for odd, and in the lower position for even. The barbell bar gives the rare ability to remove it for more exercise variations. Simply unscrew the two screws on the sides of the MH-U205 to remove the bag base bar! Place the bag in the slot and save space in the training area!
