An innovative and effective way of training! With the Kynett PRO, you experience concentric as well as eccentric resistance.

Because of the fast spinning disc, the Kynett PRO will collect after your pull, just like a yo-yo. The harder you pull on the string, the faster it will be pulled back afterwards. This is why you train not only when you pull, but also when you brake. This creates eccentric resistance, which has been scientifically proven to be extremely effective in building strong muscles and repairing injuries.

The Kynett PRO is made of durable and robust materials and features a fixed wall mount. Because the Kynett PRO is adjustable to different heights, the possibilities are endless. With this innovative way of training, all muscle groups can be trained, requiring less than 1.5 square meters of space!

Resistance discs:

The weight of the resistance is determined through resistance discs. The Kynett PRO comes standard with 2 4mm resistance discs and offers the ability to train with more resistance than the Kynett ONE. 6, 8, 10 and 12mm resistance discs are compatible with the Kynett PRO!
