Kynett Fit is a portable version of Kynett PRO. It is a perfect workout for personal trainers or anyone who wants to exercise inside or outside the home. The Kynett FIT comes with a set of 4mm discs and additional training accessories to make your exercises even more challenging. The Kynett FIT is made of durable and sturdy materials and features a universal arm and ratchet straps.

An innovative and effective way of training! With loose weights such as dumbbells, barbells, dumbbells and kettlebells, you train mainly concentrically. This means you use your muscles to lift the weight. With Kynett FIT you experience both concentric and eccentric resistance.
