Kynett Disc Set 4mm

Το Kynett Disc Set 4mm είναι πολύ κατάλληλο για προπόνηση στο κάτω μέρος του σώματος, για μεγαλύτερη ένταση αλλά και για ήρεμες κινήσεις και έρχεται στάνταρ με το Kynett PRO.

2, 3 and 4mm discs can also be combined for even more resistance variations.

The resistance used for training is not expressed in kilograms but in a moment of inertia kgm2. Any object that rotates about a certain axis has a so-called moment of inertia. The moment of inertia can be calculated based on the mass and dimensions of the rotating disk.
