Kynett Disc Set 3mm

The Kynett ONE comes with two 3mm thick discs. These discs are most often used in physiotherapy and rehabilitation.
2, 3 and 4mm discs can also be combined for even more resistance variations.

The resistance used for training is not expressed in kilograms but in a moment of inertia kgm2. Any object that rotates about a certain axis has a so-called moment of inertia. The moment of inertia can be calculated based on the mass and dimensions of the rotating disk.
