Kynett Disc Set 15mm
With this set of 15mm discs it is possible to train really hard! 15mm discs can only be used on the Kynett FIT, PRO and ULTIMATE and not on the Kynett ONE!
The resistance used for training is not expressed in kilograms but in a moment of inertia kgm2. Any object that rotates about a certain axis has a so-called moment of inertia. The moment of inertia can be calculated based on the mass and dimensions of the rotating disc.
