Kynett Disc Set 12mm

The Kynett 12 mm disc set is suitable for greater muscle strain.
12 mm discs can be used only on Kynett ULTIMATE and PRO and not on Kynett ONE!

The resistance used for training is not expressed in kilograms but in a moment of inertia kgm2. Any object that rotates about a certain axis has a so-called moment of inertia. The moment of inertia can be calculated based on the mass and dimensions of the rotating disc.
