The FMS Test Kit is a tool designed to be used in conjunction with the FMS Monitor. It also provides a gradual grading system for the athlete's movement.
The FMS Test includes exercises such as Deep Squat, Hurdle Step, In-Line Lunge, Shoulder Mobility, Active Straight Leg Raise, Trunk Stability Push-Up and Rotary Stability.
Exercises have been incorporated based on test results for rehabilitation from injury, weakness or imbalance.
Lightweight, easy to carry includes measuring device, barrier and measuring stick.
