Force USA's new multifunctional FID Bench "MyBench" is made of high quality steel, for greater strength and stability.Adapts quickly and easily to various slopes. The seat cushion is also independently adjustable.It has high-density upholstery for better support and comfort in your workouts.
It includes a separate leg strengthening attachment (extensions & flexions), as well as an easily interchangeable Biceps pad, allowing even more flexibility in your training.

Tilt & Flat Position

Continue your workout by adjusting the back of the bench to your desired position with the laser-cut adjustment slots so you can easily move between a flat position and an up/down incline. Find the perfect position for your training and "lock" your choice. The back is adjustable in 7 positions.

Adjustment range from -15 to 80º.
