Constructed from 11-gauge steel, the bench can withstand loads of up to 454 kg and the 10 cm thick pad is made from heavy-duty, non-slip vinyl for a safe and stable workout. The bench has a tripod design and is built to the International Weightlifting Federation height standards (43cm).
The tripod design ensures that the legs of the Bench will not obstruct the legs of the exerciser, thus allowing for optimal posture for the legs during exercise. The design also lends stability to the Bench, making it safe even for use with heavy weights.
