The Professional FMS Test Kit is used to perform the FMS Screen. It is a simple measuring system for evaluating the movement of the athlete/patient.

The FMS Screen Test consists of the following exercises:

• Deep squat
• Obstacle crossing
• Forward projection
• Mobility of the shoulder girdle
• Active lower extremity lifting
• Push-up with stabilization of the trunk
• Stabilization while rotating.

The exercise program applied after the completion of the measurement is based on its findings and aims to correct weaknesses and body imbalances. The Professional FMS Test Kit includes a measuring device, a barrier and a measuring bar. It is made of birch wood and has a special urethane coating for extra durability. The Kit can be broken in two for easy transportation. The side bars screw into the kit and can be stored easily. At its base there is an anti-slip tape to prevent the equipment from slipping during measurements. The numbering is easy to read and will not fade as it is laser engraved.

The Professional Kit also includes an FMS case for storage and transport.
