Console

Tilt

With the push of a button on the treadmill console, the incline is instantly increased or decreased. In this way the exercise becomes more difficult or easier. The higher the incline, the faster your heart rate increases, reducing the impact on knees and ankles. The NordicTrack EXP 10i has a maximum incline of 12% but also a negative incline (downhill) of up to -3% for even more comprehensive muscle training.
