Console

It has a 10'' HD touch screen, to monitor all sessions of the personal trainers of the iFIT application. Enjoy real workouts at home and away through the app's virtual routes.

Tilt

With the push of a button on the treadmill console, the incline is instantly increased or decreased. In this way the exercise becomes more difficult or easier. The higher the incline, the faster your heart rate increases, reducing the impact on knees and ankles. The NordicTrack EXP 10i has a maximum incline of 12% but also a negative incline (downhill) of up to -3% for even more comprehensive muscle training.

Flex Select Cushioning ™

The Flex Select Cushioning system gives you the option to adjust the level of cushioning to your preference. So you can adjust it according to the type of road you run in the virtual iFIT app or have maximum absorption for more comfort!
