What is it?

Carnitine is an amino acid that is synthesized from two other amino acids, Methionine and Lysine. It helps to oxidize fat and convert it into clean energy. 95% of the natural amount of Carnitine in our body is found in the skeletal muscles, but a normal daily diet provides us with a very small amount (about 100mg) of Carnitine. An amount that is definitely not enough to start the lipolysis process.
