Actual® Traction Belt 200cm – Model for long distances and goalkeepers
The Actual® Lateral Traction Belt is a tool developed to increase the performance of athletes, through tire resistance.
The athletic qualities most favored by the use of the equipment are initiation, strength and endurance. Ideal for training team sports such as basketball, volleyball, handball, individual sports such as tennis and athletics.
This equipment is also particularly suitable in football for training goalkeepers.
The Lateral model is used by a single user who has the belt adjusted to the core area and the other end attached to a static point such as a pole or back.
What differentiates this model from the single model pull strap is the length of the tires. Because they are larger, they provide a greater range of pull for exercises that require long distances
The 'design' of the athlete's belt is more sophisticated, as it contains two side flaps for adjusting the bands.
Using Actual's individual traction belt is very easy!
Simply adjust the pole adapter to the desired height (usually around the wearer's waist) and wrap the belt around your belly so it stays firmly in place.
Pulling movements can be extended to the maximum stretch the rubber allows, as the inner cable will stop stretching when it reaches its limit.

Zone
Constructed with durable custom drawstring bands, 4″ velcro closure and closed cell foam padding. Designed to provide comfort even in difficult starting conditions.
It has two independent velcro closures for fixing the tires. The user has the option to place all the tires in a single section as in the single belt or spread them into two sections, one on each side. These options increase the alternatives for performing the pulling exercises.
Rubber bands
There are 4 tires with 200cm at rest extending up to 7m.
Each pulled tire reaches a load of up to +6.5 kg, when it reaches the limit of the safety cable, which does not let the tire extend beyond this limit, preventing it from breaking.
These bands can be replaced by 1m (shorter training), 2.0+m or 2.5+m (long stretch training) bands.
Seat or back adapters
There are two adjustable units with a useful length of 1 m. Thus, it is possible to further increase the distance worked by the athlete.
