The Double Traction Belt is a training equipment created by Actual® in 1998 to increase the athletic performance of athletes through tire resistance.
Its main property is to improve the strength and endurance of athletes.

The equipment is used by two users, connected to the corresponding zones that are adjusted in the core area of the athletes.
For the exercise to work properly, one user pulls the other in while the other resists and controls their movement.

The Basic Double Traction Belt contains two anatomical belts, connected together by 4 high-strength tires with a resting length of 65 cm, extending up to 2.1 m.

Features

1 – Structure of the belt with extremely durable synthetic ribbons.
2 – Natural or colored latex rubbers with internal anti-break cable. Original Actual®.
3 – Tapes for the user to control the exercise of the fellow athlete by holding him with his hands without touching the tires.
4 – Belt quick release strap.
5 – Extended cables to keep the tire protected, out of the user's hands.
6 – Closed-cell foam and 4″ super grip Velcro belt liner, providing much more comfort and a perfect fit during exercises.
7 – Triple Velcro closure system – Easy replacement and secure fastening of tires to the belt, without metal carabiners.

Durable, durable and very safe!

Doing a traction workout with elastic bands is very easy!
First, adjust the zone accordingly to each of the users. Note that the harness of the belts must be in front of the athlete controlling the traction.
Pulling movements can be extended up to the maximum stretch of the tire, the inner cable will stop stretching when it reaches its limit. This feature prevents a "sling", which could injure the user.
