The Actual® Traction Vest is a tool developed to increase the performance of athletes.
The properties gained – enhanced with this equipment are explosiveness, endurance and strength through elastic grip.
Unlike the belt, which concentrates on the core, the vest distributes the pull across the athlete's chest. Pull-up training is essential in all sports that require strength and resistance development.
To respond to different types of training, we have two models of traction vests that differ in relation to the intensity of the exercises. So we have the model for Intensive Training, with 6 connection points of the bands, and the model for Normal Training with 2 connection points.
Main features
The Actual for Severe Training Traction Vest is a versatile piece of equipment that can be assembled for training in pairs or individually. In pairs, one athlete wears a model traction belt and the partner wears the vest. In the individual form, the wearer wears the vest and secures the end of the tires to a post or back via their adjustment straps. Finally, it can also be converted into a model pull-up belt for individual use.
Choose your vest according to the type of training
6 connection points: Two on the shoulders, two near the armpit and two on the abdomen. Each outlet allows you to fit up to 3 Actual® bands.
2 connection points: Two on the belly. Each outlet allows you to fit up to 3 Actual® bands.
Material information
Vest: Made of synthetic material, light and durable, which allows the body to breathe during the exercises. It contains up to 6 exits for bands depending on the vest.
Available bands
All equipment bands are 1 m long at rest. When stretched, the withstand load of each band increases exponentially, reaching a limit when the inner safety cable stops stretching. The final length is as follows:
1 m long normal duty tires extend up to 3.35 m under a load of approximately 5.5 kg (per band unit).
High strength 1m long tires extend up to 3.75m, under a load of approx. 7.5kg (per band unit).
