The Knee Flexion Elastic Traction is an elastic device that connects the athlete's waist to the ankles, from the back.

Its function is to stimulate, through movement resistance, the bending of the athlete's knees.

The equipment consists of a belt containing two elastic links on the back and two arms. An elastic band is placed on each of these links, which is attached to their respective leg (left and right).

The purpose of this equipment is for the athlete to keep the knees bent, through the traction exerted by the elastic bands.

It is very useful in activities such as tennis, football, volleyball or any other activity that requires the athlete to have as one of the natural positions, the knee in flexion or semi-flexion.

Fitting

Assembly is very simple. Simply attach the belt securely to the athlete, with the elastic links facing the back.

It can be attached directly to the athlete by securely attaching the velcro around the respective ankle. If you want to make it even tighter, use the strap that goes through the athlete's foot before attaching it to the ankle. For this it is necessary to put on the foot pad and pass it over the athlete's foot without wearing the sports shoes. Once the system is assembled, then put on your shoes.
