What is it?
Arginine is one of the most essential amino acids in the body, known for its many different and beneficial effects on people who train hard. When combined with ketoglutaric acid it creates AAKG, which is known to be the main cause of nitric oxide generation in the body.

What does it contain?

What you will feel is greater muscle swelling and veininess in weight training as well as greater intensity and comfort in running.

Why should I buy it?
WarriorLab's AAKG rapidly increases blood circulation to the muscles, resulting in the rapid transport of all nutrients exactly where they are needed, i.e. the muscle cells. It also increases protein synthesis while reducing the risk of muscle catabolism, which means faster recovery. However, a parallel effect is the stimulation of insulin secretion, which means that it greatly increases the absorption of amino acids and glucose by muscle cells.
