If you prefer to train on your own, it goes without saying that you should do it safely. When performing a lift, if your posture is incorrect, it can lead to injury, especially to the lower back and knees.
So imagine these Pegasus® Uprights as a reliable assistant during your exercise!
Height adjustment
Multiple options
You can very easily adjust the height of not only the position of the uprights in 5 positions, but also the safety stops for your bar in 3 positions, so that you can tailor the training to your liking.
Width setting:
4 positions
Adjust the width of the uprights to 4 different positions depending on your body type and the bar you are using.
The inner width of the bar that is compatible with the uprights is between 73.5 cm and 120.5 cm.
Perform the popular dip exercise thanks to the two built-in handles on the back of the uprights.
On the front you will find 2 handles to perform push up exercises.
On each side of the uprights is a slot where you can store weight plates to keep your space tidy.
Combine with a Bench
Pair your uprights with one of our benches and gain access to even more exercises with free weights or no weights.
