Tilt
With the push of a button on the treadmill console, the incline is instantly increased or decreased. This makes the exercise harder or easier.The higher the incline, the faster your heart rate increases, reducing the impact on your knees and ankles. The NordicTrack 2950 has a maximum incline of 15% but also a negative incline (downhill) of up to -3% for even more comprehensive muscle training.
Amorti Runners Flex ™
The Amorti Runners Flex cushioning system gives you the option to adjust the level of cushioning to your preference. So you can adjust it according to the type of road you run in the virtual iFIT app or have the maximum absorption for more comfort!
